Only 10 minutes from JR Hakuba Train Station on the free shuttle and 2 km from Happo-One Ski Resort, Hotel Keyaki has a hot-spring bath and a restaurant. Rooms include a sofa and an LCD TV.

Dated but fair
Good boot drying room and there’s an onsite laundry and Onsen great shuttles to ski fields onsite vending machines
Had to ask for heating to be switched on. Difficult to get to hotel as taxi are $20 each way and often not available. Breakfast could really benefit from hot eggs and bacon or toast. Is traditional Japanese but without any fish or meat either. Difficult to access atm. Building is very old and room is small and pillows very flat.

Great staff, a place just to rest your head.
The staff was so helpful and kind. We changed the amount of guests and they discounted the price for us. They also helped us book taxis. The waitresses in the cafeteria allowed us to buy alcohol and take it to our room.
The room was a little dark. There were no towels and very few amenities prepared in the room. There were also about 10 small flies flying around our sink. Also the telephone didn’t connect to the front desk.

it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. taxi will cost around $10 from happo information center. I wouldn’t stay again b
