Only 10 minutes from JR Hakuba Train Station on the free shuttle and 2 km from Happo-One Ski Resort, Hotel Keyaki has a hot-spring bath and a restaurant. Rooms include a sofa and an LCD TV.

Dated but fair
Good boot drying room and there’s an onsite laundry and Onsen great shuttles to ski fields onsite vending machines
Had to ask for heating to be switched on. Difficult to get to hotel as taxi are $20 each way and often not available. Breakfast could really benefit from hot eggs and bacon or toast. Is traditional Japanese but without any fish or meat either. Difficult to access atm. Building is very old and room is small and pillows very flat.

you get what you pay for. and this is very good price
good value, hot onsen, friendly staff
first showed up to no heat in our room. after a few days and a few complaints the heat started working. wifi barely works, and lobby was very cold.

age of building is starting to show, cold hallways and outdoor paths to other buildings, bath/onsen was too hot for family to use (only a single bath), bed sheets too short as my feet stuck out the bottom
